Construction was complete in January 2003 for
a new City of Issaquah Maintenance Facility.

CITY OF KIRKLAND MAINTENANCE CENTER
Wagner Architects provided complete services, from initial programming and site planning through design and construction observation on this project to accommodate Kirkland's Public Works, Equipment Rental, and Parks maintenance operations. The Maintenance Center was named best Industrial Design in the City of Kirkland by the City's Design Awards Program.

REDMOND MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS CENTER
Wagner Architects provided complete services, from initial programming and planning through design and construction observation for a major expansion of the City of Redmond's Maintenance and Operations Center. Existing operations were maintained throughout the construction process and work was completed in 1999. Since then, we have continued to provide work at the MOC implementing the Master Plan we prepared.
