This City shop complex for the City of Issaquah opened in 2005. Wagner worked with the City to project short term and long term needs and to prepare an architectural program. Wagner helped review several sites before the City purchased the property. Wagner prepared a Master Plan to guide long term development, completed final contract documents, supervised bidding, and managed construction. The Project encompasses 5 buildings on 7 paved acres with 7 acres of landscaped area. Building types include steel frame, tilt-up concrete, large custom steel trusses, pre-engineered metal building, and conventional stick framing.
